Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Buxy website and application ("Service"), operated by Buxy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms include a Binding Arbitration agreement and a Class Action Waiver that affect your rights. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. Access to the Service from territories where its contents are illegal or prohibited is strictly forbidden.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, account registration is required. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• One Account Policy: Users are permitted to maintain only ONE account per person and per household. The creation or use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities & Compliance

To ensure the integrity of the Service and our network of partners, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using VPNs, proxies, residential proxies, or other obfuscation tools to mask IP addresses or location.
• Accessing the Service via emulators, virtual machines (VMs), VPS, or cloud gaming services.
• Utilizing temporary email addresses, falsified identity information, or multiple Roblox accounts.
• Employing bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, or automated methods to interact with the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referral or system manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or defects in the reward system.

Enforcement: Accounts found in violation of these policies are subject to immediate termination. In such cases, all accrued earnings (including pending withdrawals) will be forfeited. Buxy reserves the right to enforce these policies without prior notice.

5. Virtual Currency and Rewards

The Service uses two types of virtual currency:

• Robux Balance: An in-app rewards balance earned by completing offers, surveys, quests, and other activities. Your Robux Balance has no independent cash value, does not constitute personal property, and cannot be transferred, sold, or bequeathed. It is not Roblox currency until it is redeemed and delivered as described below.
• Robux (via Gamepass): Your Robux Balance can be redeemed for actual Robux through the Roblox gamepass mechanism. When you redeem, you select a gamepass you own on Roblox, and we purchase it using the equivalent Robux value. Roblox applies a 30% marketplace fee, meaning you receive approximately 70% of the gamepass price as Robux in your Roblox account.

We reserve the right to modify the value of the Robux Balance, earning rates, conversion rates, or available redemption options at any time. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted or cancelled at our sole discretion.

6. Third-Party Partners

Offers, tasks, and surveys are administered by third-party partners (e.g., Kiwiwall, Timewall, TheoremReach, CPX Research). Buxy does not control these third-party services.

Reward Validation: Rewards are issued only upon successful validation by the respective partner. If a partner declines validation or revokes credit for any reason (including their internal fraud detection protocols), Buxy holds no liability and is unable to force credit issuance. Compensation will not be provided for untracked or rejected offers.

7. Inactivity Policy

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. In such cases, we reserve the right to close the account, delete associated personal data, and forfeit any accrued Robux Balance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unredeemed Robux Balance will be forfeited.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buxy, its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) improper use and access of the Service, or (b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buxy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You and Buxy agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between Buxy and you individually. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, (1) NO ARBITRATION SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANY OTHER; (2) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE ARBITRATED ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS OR TO UTILIZE CLASS ACTION PROCEDURES; AND (3) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR ANY OTHER PERSONS.

12. EU/EEA Specific Provisions

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), the following provisions apply to you and supersede any conflicting terms above:

Consumer Rights & Arbitration: Mandatory binding arbitration (Section 11) does NOT apply to you if it limits your rights under local consumer laws. You retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Right of Withdrawal (Waiver): By creating an account and starting to use the Service (e.g., completing offers, participating in giveaways), you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the service has started.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. However, if you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

14. Roblox Disclaimer

Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Buxy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. All Roblox-related trademarks and logos are the property of Roblox Corporation.

15. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards or earnings received from the Service in your jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
